Case opened but funds available??
 
Buyer opens not received case i try to refund him and get refund could not be completed.
Checked my pp and i see this. The funds that were placed on temporary hold are now available for use. :shhh:

Can't be a glitch i just can't refund this guy.
I keep getting ''refund can't be completed'' on eb.
