VISA for Withdraw - without asking for docs
 

Can somebody tell me a good VISA gift place where i can online buy VISA gift cards, and to be able to later withdraw from my PayPal account. I need something that 1) accepts paypal withdrawl 2) don't ask for docs, like loadoo:cheer::comp5:

Now a day visa withdraw is difficult

too much difficulty for withdrawing

Good luck with that, every card issuer can ask you for docs, whether it be at the start or when you have just received a nice chunk of money.

180 days passed in my case.I can add a VISA for withdrawing.

Well, I thought that Entropay is safe, but sometimes it is not possible to add it, sometimes it causes instant limitation, and if everything is good, they freeze your account and ask for invoices and source of funds. So to make the story short, there is no "question-free" VISA card. By the way, providing ID and PoA usually is the better, than providing a hell bunch of documents in systems different from Loadoo.

Those crazy guys from loadoo they only allow me 1 card in USD, 1 card in EURO...am i right?

PayPal and ebay allows you 1 account. But that is not a problem, right?

Wavecrest are UK based, meaning by law they have to comply with KYC laws so that wont ever happen, for good reason.

If I am not wrong if you deposit with bitcoin you can withdraw max 1000 at ATM but you can purchase without restrictions , anything of any amount ?

Nope - there still spending limits, withdrawal limits etc. see the card issuers website for more details.

Note limits used to be 2,500eur without verification last month, which dropped to 250 due to EU regulations, but popped up recently to 1,000eur (presumably because they could not cope with level of verification). So take them with a pinch of salt as your account will become limited if limits drop again and your balance is above the threshold, at which point you'll need to submit ID etc.

There's a lot more to take into account too, i.e. some card issuers demand you are ID verified before you can withdraw PayPal funds to the card.

This topic is based on withdrawing. You cannot withdraw to ANY wavecrest cards from PayPal UNLESS you verify your ID first.
