Paypal Question for the experts here
 

Hey there I had a paypal question and figured I'd post it here since who knows paypal better than the people on here :lol::lol:

Anyways let's say I create a new paypal account link my bank account and SSN then proceed to withdraw $1000- $10,000 to my paypal balance . Then let's say 1 day later or 1 month later i I change my mind and decide to withdraw whatever amount I feel like let's say $5000 , would I run into any issues and if so what should i do to avoid/ resolve them?

This is a USA Paypal question

I think that PayPal would think you are a threat witdrawing 10,000 dollars, so if later you changed your mind and withdrew 5,000 instead it would be less of a threat, and therefore less of a problem.
