using debit cards update info.
 

It appears when i tried to look for my question the info is outdated i will keep it short and sweet

I DO NOT HAVE A STEALTH ACCOUNT-FRIEND OPENED PAYPAL FOR ME

need to verify and WITHDRAWL FROM PAYPAL TO WALMART CARD (IN HER NAME) walmart card is older but still a working account. just put money on it today.

So far paypal will not accept the walmart routing and account number.

I have a friend that has a netspend card and has no trouble downloading money from paypal

Any updated info is much appreciated.

Netspend has been flagged and not recommended for PayPal.

Walmart , the actual company, flags payments and makes issues.

My sincere suggestion would be for you to seek another option.

Try using a real bank account, most bank accounts will accept mismatch name deposits.....these Prepaid cards are crap.

What type of VBA are we speaking of....because people confuse a VBA (which is sold on the forum) and an Online Bank Account.

My friend cannot get a checking account from a regular bank. So I need something that we can get paypal verified.
