JamesNorth101 | 12-30-2016 09:13 AM | Re: Does anyone hate Paypal so much? I don't really hate them personally. Just can be a bit annoying though
A lot of people will do though as they will have had their accounts limited without any seeming reasons which can really interrupt or ruins people lives when PayPal is integral of their business model |
BigCJ | 12-30-2016 09:16 AM | Re: Does anyone hate Paypal so much? I dont hate them as they pay my bills.
I do not trust them though because they can be ass backwards |
aspkin | 12-30-2016 09:17 AM | Re: Does anyone hate Paypal so much? PayPal is fine. The rules they must follow and impose on others is a little troublesome but overall with stealth it can work. |

Paypal is number 1 and excellent as we all hate their limitation but after all we still like it |
ilcarletto | 12-30-2016 11:38 AM | Re: Does anyone hate Paypal so much? With particular reference to my country, if PayPal would not apply the 21 days hold and other limitations/verifications, ebay.it would be a place for scammers only. |
Re: Does anyone hate Paypal so much? Paypal upsets us all sometimes, but it's how many of us make a living so hey ho.
One ends up hating them more in the early days of your stealth adventure |
Re: Does anyone hate Paypal so much? Had it not been for the stealth guide, I'd probably still be furious lol
But I'm sort of glad they limited me, I figured out this site, and now I can play them at their own game.
One thing i've learned though, having had very few paypal limitations over the last decade is that you have to really spread your eggs out. PayPal have no appetite for risk. They will slam you the moment they feel uneasy. When you've sussed that out, and you spread payments between multiple accounts, its a lot easier to deal with them. |

Of course they change the rules. If accounts get operated with minimal problems, then limitations are rare.
This is one of the first rules I found out about when I joined here way back then.
Don't rock the PayPal boat, and play them as they play us.
No need for any negative energy of hating.

BleepBloop | 12-30-2016 05:11 PM | Re: Does anyone hate Paypal so much? Me? No hate, just more like afraid.
But they've been cool with my accts, no problems. (Knock on wood)
I don't lean on them for protection, I come up with my own, and I do what I am supposed to do as a seller, no crazy moves and watch what I am doing when buying. |

There's no such money processor can be so easy to set up and running. I don't hate them but when account gets limited, it is really annoyed. That's it. |

:peace: | What if paypal or credit card company requires you documents? What would you do? People must answer to be creative. I think I have searched 'creative' in this forum over 200 times.
Paypal won't normally limits all accounts but now the specific financial institution which issues a debit card requests ID and POA due to the changed policy. That's a big problem, since money all stuck in the CARD instead of paypal. Paypal only limits account holders if they sell high risk items on new accounts or other suspicious activities were found. It can be avoided if we follow some guides from senior sellers here, right? Once we meet the EU limit, we still need to give documents.
We use card withdrawal coz we are non-US and non-UK. The law changed recently. Let's say if I operate 50 accounts I will have to submit 50 pairs of documents. But all accounts are stealth, right? How could I submit documents? Someone repeat and repeat that to be 'creative'. I know what is creative means. But the problem is how to be creative. People teach us spreading your sales in multiple accounts, now I really did. Each pair of documents need around GBP50 if you ask someone do for us here. You will have to spend GBP50*50=GBP2500 for documents ONLY not including supplier invoice if paypal limitation come. What if you don't have money to pay GBP2500 for such of these documents? Business is talking about reducing and reducing the running cost. That is not only annoying. That is a disaster. Ok so we have to be creative. We try to be creative now. But if they unverified the documents, what could we do? Money still stuck in the card. Every card needs documents. 100 cards needs 100 pairs of documents. 200 cards needs 200 pair of documents. I know there are many P professional but I am not. I would be good at answer questions in UK LMUSTCL pass paper, or writing a chorale, even a piano piece, but must not good at P even I have used it for 6 years. (PS: I visit FIRSTeyexxxx I can not imagine how they do that)
I am not saying if I hate paypal I just share my story because someone wants to hear. I really want to know how people could help. Thank you. | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:48 PM. | |
