When should I start selling again?

I've been asked to provide tax information back in December, but I didn't get limited. When should I start selling again? The notification is still there.

This is the power of stealth accounts, you can have more than one and this would not be an issue ;)

I understand that, but it's already January, I might as well wait a bit more to have my account back to 100%. (I've had this account for 6 years) Do I have to wait until the alert disappears?
