Get a VPS from a not know/new web hosting companies. Do some research on the IP. Do some whois UP. Buy from those with a nice WHOIS like "Media IT Galaxy" not from "Proxies and Web Hosting Cheap India Solutions". You might be lucky to find out some hosting start-up IPs came in more nice names. "Avakanda LLT" or "Micheael Bros"

I'm running 6 of them on my Ebay/PP accounts with zero issues....just a note, I'm running all my accounts VMWare.

On a virtual machine?I don't think that adds any more privacy other than creating a new user and clearing all cookies.

I want proxies cause I need a new ip on paypal and paypal detects public and low quality proxies as well as vpns.So I can create accounts with those I mentioned above but I can't do purchases.The country is Greece.

You are after buying account using PayPal?

Have you considered using various mobile broadband in Greece?

What were you using before you joined the forum?

Were you making sure your PayPal was fully verified to allow purchases.

I am sorry I ask so many questions. But I find that better if I am trying to give advice to help you with your problems.

That is okay you are helping more than anyone else even though we had a slight hiccup at the start.
I haven't considered using 3g/4g for creating accounts and stuff because I don't know how their ips work when using it.
I used my main modem dynamic ip.
My main paypal is not fully verified and can make purchases on the site.I don't think that is a must for them.

IMO, it is an absolute must to have a PayPal fully verified. Mine are fully verified, gave an active phone number and I can purchase any time.

Also, the amounts with purchases influence PayPal reactions.
I will look at my Greek info re your broadband.

Thanks for this!I don't believe they need it fully verified though for the above reason.Shouldn't they have blocked my main one too then?It is most probably beacuse I was using vpn and they detected it.
