Aged high limit eBay account + brand new PayPal - advice?
 

Hey guys,

As some of you may have seen my UK PayPal got permanently limited, as I was told to open a new one in Hong Kong as my business is registered there. I managed to withdraw all my money from there after calling PayPal. My old PayPal was connected to my 4 eBay accounts, all with very high selling limits. All of these are 100% legitimate, I have not yet tried stealth.

Now as I open a new Hong Kong PayPal account, I assume I will have to start very slow. Creating new PayPals is covered in the stealth guide, right? Maybe I should start of with that.

Anyways, is there any chance for me reducing the limits (21 day holds etc) on a new account, if I contact PayPal and they can see my history from the past two years, with revenue over £50,000 month on my old account? Or is new just new, and always start from 0?

Always start from 0. Let PayPal trust you have nothing to link with. You also have to sell really slow on your old ebay, change everything, email, username, leave it there for couple of months, start again bit by bit, first auction, then some cheap items... it takes about 7 months for me to work this out.

Patience. A lot of patience.

Thanks, right I understand. However I have not actually been banned by PayPal, just told to open one in the correct country where my company in registered (Hong Kong, rather than UK).

Therefore everything will be linked, I have made it clear to PayPal that I will follow their instructions and continue selling. That's why I'm wondering if there's any possibility to start faster as they already know me from almost 2 years honest selling.
