Hello, can paypal see that you are using a VPN, because i heard that there is a possibility.

What about whoer.net vpn?

If the IP is clean and fresh, i use OpenVPN to access the IP address would Paypal see it?

OpenVPN is just software, I mean the actual service provider.

My question was does paypal see that you are using a software which changes your IP?

Ebay and PayPal only can see your IP, if the IP is marked as a VPN then you are using the wrong VPN Provider.....so again, it's not the software but the actual IP.
