is it possible to use legit paypal with stealth ebay account?

hi there guys,
got a question, say you have a good legit paypal account, but you have a suspended ebay account, can you create a stealth ebay account and use paypal with it without getting the paypal and stealth account suspended? will ebay know?

Once a paypal account has been used with an ebay account that has been suspended you can no longer use that paypal account with ebay again. Plus your info must match on your paypal and ebay account, the account may last a little while with different info but it's not a good idea.
