Paypal requests Utility bill front and back. What if I don't have the back of the utility bill? Or the back of the bill is blank? Shall I just send them front of the bill that would be perfectly fine? Many thanks

If on the front of the bill, it says "Page 1 of 2" or words to that effect, you will need to send the rear (assuming they are definitely asking for it).

For most limitations the front of a utility bill is fine to send. Only send the rear if a rep specifically asks for it.

So if there are no page 1 of 2 on the bill then I just send the front? Many thanks

Well if there's nothing to suggest then that there is more than one page, send the front only.

Thanks for your sharing of the experience. Two more questions, they also request the supplier invoice. My paypal account is EU but the stock is in UK. Is it necessary to state a EU address on the invoice? Or the UK address? Furthermore, they request us the proof of the shipment. A shipping label will not work right? Do they need something like receipt from post office? Many thanks

Ideally they will want tracking details. Proof of postage from the post offer is also good

I don't see them having an issue with an invoice from the UK but I expect if it doesn't have your PayPal registered address on the invoice somewhere they may ask for more invoices

The invoice will need to show the EU address that the account is registered at.

Many invoices show Customer address (the EU one) along with a delivery address (the UK address), especially if they are different as in this case.

As James has said, they will be ideally looking for tracking information.

yes! A lot of invoices state billing address and shipping address, so It states that the billing address is EU and the shipping address is UK that is fine. And yes they have tracking number and all delivered, so I just need to send them the receipts showing the relevant details they want to see.

If you have the option to upload tracking details that is what you want to do. If the option is to upload a JPEG then you upload the receipt showing the tracking details
