Personal Paypal Vs Company

I am planning to open a paypal account to receive payments from my website but I'm not sure what should it be : personal or company .

Can anyone tell me the pros and cons for each when using the paypal only on my site ( no ebay or something like this ).

Thank you for your advice.

Business account is always way to go for me. Less hassle from PayPal when you receive big payments. Also, you can get the PayPal debit card that comes with the business account for free. Go to nearest ATM and withdraw $400 easy every 24 hours. With personal you have to wait few days to withdraw if they let you. When you try to send transfers or buy something online you might run into some errors which will result PayPal holding your funds but with the debit card you can spend right away with no hassle.

yup1983 thank you for the advice. But would it work me being in Moldova and using an offshore company in belize to sign-up?

From what I've read online there's mixed opinions: some say you can have the company in another country others say that it must be in the same country.

Could you explain how this is done with STEALTH paypals?

You have to enter a SSN in order to get the debit card...

@OP, can you consider OTHER processors for payment than just paypal?

I use my real info. Debit card under my real name but there are very easy ways to go about it but that's illegal.

Thanks rsot, yes I could consider but merchant acounts have a long time to disburse funds outside US and I need the cash flow.

Others like skrill I guess will result in many cart abandonment.
