Can I use my old Paypal account with a purchased eBay account?
 

If I change all financial information and my business name as well within my old Paypal account, can I link that to a purchased eBay account? Can Paypal link any of the information I have within my account to eBay?

I think only if there is no old or new info in that Paypal that can link you to any of suspended Ebay or PayPal accounts....
By that I mean everything since ancient times has to be new to Ebay/Paypal,: old info and new changed on PayPal. You can't just change things in PayPal thinking they forgot or wont know who you are... They keep records from the day you opened this account and all of the changes you did with it.
Also, everything on PP needs to match everything on this new Ebay account.

1 eBay account = 1 Paypal account
1 Paypal account = 1 Checking account
1 Checking account = 1 credit card

NONE of the above items should EVER be used on a 2nd account.
