Are all paypal addresses in a frozen account dangerous to use again?
 

I have something like 5 addresses linked in a past frozen paypal account, can I use again (with a different surname of course) one of these addresses to confirm a new account? The address I have in mind was not the one I used to confirm that past account and I believe I never used it as my main one either (not sure for that though).

There is a good reason to use this address, any idea if they will froze it immediately (unlikely in my mind) or add it to some "high risk list" accounts?

Reusing any information is always a risk

Reusing an address isn't likely to cause an instant ban, but it put that account in a bad starting position

Thanks, my issue is that I cannot confirm a CC, I tried a few VCC bought here, but did not work.

Possibly because I made the stupid mistake to use first twice a real credit card from the person having the name in the account, but with the wrong address.

Obviously, this did not work... But I now think that paypal blocked any kind of confirmation without calling costumer service first...

Anyone is aware of this? I read a few discussions in paypal's costumer service forum that would do this...
