What to do....
 

When I go to make a withdraw now from PP, they're asking for my name, ( real legal name if not using already ), address, SSN and/or EIN.

Doesn't say my acct is limited at all. just says this when you goto make a withdraw.

what should I do? havent got LLC setup yet for this acct.

I agree with GB - a screenshot would be great to understand this situation.

Here is a link to the screenshot. I never had this prompt before and wasn't prepared with an EIN right now to add. ( I thought I could get by for a few more months if the $$ amounts reset in Jan ).

again it doesn't say the acct is limited and I never got an email saying my acct was limited but i get this prompt when trying to make a withdraw.

Obviously I put Joe Smith and Address in there. It still let me make a payment for my ebay fees.

That looks like you tried upgrading to business account and stopped when they asked for your social.

If thats it, you will never be able to bank withdraw again, however you can still use it to send and receive.

You must have done something to get to this situation.
Does sound like you might have tried to upgrade to a business account. is this the case?
If not what else out of the ordinary did you do before you started to encounter this problem?
How old is the account?
Have you ever been able to withdraw on it in the past?
