Paypal create an account question
Hi, I have one question, I want to create a paypal account and verify it but I want to create it from another country (China for example), what do I have to use ? a proxy ? vpn ? what is the best option and not get limited ?
Also a friend is moving to China and he wants to sell on ebay, he needs to open a new paypal or just with the old one? and also he has an ebay account, does he need to open a new ebay or with his main account?
