Need help to withdraw from PayPal .
 

Hello
Please, Anyone can help me .
I got limited from paypal before 4 months . and i have $100 in my account .
But paypal sent me this message .
My paypal is verified by VBA and VCC . And i am not from USA .
So now is there any way to withdraw this funds ?

If it's a USA PayPal you are forced to withdraw with a Bank or a Check, no other way.

So by Check is impossible because must send it to me to my address in USA and i am not from USA so that is impossible ? True ? or i can send it to any name and any address ?

And is there VBA can withdraw from PayPal ? Or can also send to any bank account ?

It would have to be sent to an address in the USA, Any address but it must be in the USA.

Can't withdraw to a VBA, it has to be a Real Bank.

I can not withdraw funds .
Because i do not have real bank account . And Check must send to same name that was registered in account . And must confirmed address .

Your about out of options. The best is to buy something from a USA Seller and tell them u gonna send them a check. Then call paypal and try to convince them to change your address and name to the seller's since its already limited and nothing can really be done more to your account.

That would be more difficult. If it's real name it would be easier. However, there're still some ways to liquidise the funds, the transaction fee would be high though. Where do you come from? Do you have the documents of the paypal account?
