Paypal Debit Card, good Prepaid MasterCard
 

I tried applying for a paypal Debit card but when i get to the last step of confirming the mailing address, i usually get an "incomplete or incorrect address." i have a vanilla mastercard on file. i did a search on this issue and found out the Prepaid Vanilla Mastercards are no good for applying for paypal Debit because it wont pass pass paypals AVS check, and full address check when applying for a debit card, but i couldn't find a good prepaid card that works to acquire a paypal debit card. Can someone please tell me which prepaid mastercard is good for applying for paypal Debit card please? Location:U.S Thanks

Did you go to vanillamastercard.com and register the card to your address?

Yes i did, vanilla mastercards only registers your zip code even though you will you get to fill your full registration on there website. I was told this by there representative, can only verify zipcode.

Hmm, I use Vanilla Visa's and they work fine.

Hey lakeman, it works for ebay/paypal setup but i dont think it works while inquiring the paypal debit... i tried numerous times on different accounts, non of them went through.

Yea, they may be true, I don't use paypal debit cards, so I haven't tried it.
