Virtual/Gift Card Accept American Express

I was going to use Simon.com but I see they don't accpet American Express as a payment option......So I would like to know if there is a website that will accept American Express as a payment option for their Virtual/Gift Card that I can with my paypal account

Most gas stations or pharmacy's carry prepaid cards, which is faster then waiting for a simon vcc, if you get one.

Lol, every city has a gas station unless you live in a rural area. You can buy other cards from walmart.
