Adding unverified cc to PP

If I obtain a VCC or an anonymous prepaid credit card, which I dont verify with my real infos and add this credit card to a stealth Paypal to verify my Paypal, will this increase my Paypal-Trustworthyness?
Or will Paypal know that my CC isnt verified and therefore still look at my account in suspicion?
No Bank Account added to this PP btw

Buy a pre paid card that you can add a temporary name and address to.

yes I can do that. But the credit card people aso want you to confirm those infos via sending in photo ID and such.

Now if I don't do the extra verification on that credit card website, will Paypal know this or not? Do the credit card people tell Paypal whether my info is verified or not?
