Hi everyone! My name is Bitrock and I'm new here. I have a question. I'm looking to fund, not withdraw, an anonymous PayPal account. Is this possible or can I only withdraw using a vba?

You can not withdraw to a VBA.

Welcome to the forums friend.
You cannot withdraw funds to a VBA. A VBA is used to verify the paypal account onl and cannot be used for any other purpose.

If you want to purchase items on your stealth account, you can use a VCC with funds on it

You cannot have an anonymous PP account.

A PP account must have a name, address, and phone number.
