to lift the receiving limit you need a utility bill and photo id.

bank account only lifts the withdrawal limits
creditcard ( CC) only confirms the address.

Depends on the country, assuming its a UK account (getting that from your flag) then follow what Bunneh said.

think in canada is same what Bunneh said , utility bill and photo ID ... i have my PP verified with both bank ACC & CC .. still have limit to receive & send .. when click "l lift limit " they ask for ID
