PayPal can not transfer money?

Once or twice a week I transfer money to my bank from PayPal, today got this: Sorry, we’re not able to process your request. Please try again later.

Anybody else has the same issue? My PayPal status is fine, no limitation.

I tried to pay my ebay fee first, it went through, then I tried to withdraw it to my bank - went through as well.

It shows pending now.

That's really strange!

Most likely a glitch as it went through the second time you tried it.

Are you using a new device or new IP?

Is the PayPal verified and are you trying to withdraw a much larger sum than usual?

The best option for that is to ring paypal and tell the agent they will resolve the issue by call only

That's really strange!

I had the same issue last week on a business account. I tried refreshing the page about 5 times in a row, without any luck. Eventually I moved on to other accounts. Came back about 6 hours later and the withdraw went through no problem.

I've had this before. I cleared my cache and cookies for my browser and then it went through fine.

I use VMware with clean IP rented for 2 years. PP account is 2 years old, business type, no any problem.

Exactly the same scenario as me, down to the length of your VPN subscription. Paypal developers must have been messing around with the USA business account withdrawal system that day. I've been withdrawing daily since then and haven't had any further issues.

They are 2 different things. VMware is one thing and then an IP you get issued through a VPN or VPS
