my paypal is not verified and I got some transfer limits of 500$. However I want to buy a new paypal with the same deatils as the one that linked to ebay with limits removed and then change my ebay paypal to the new paypal . any flag trigerd for this?

It means you have 2 accounts in the exact same details

Why not get your current unverified PayPal verified?

I want to ask what happend after I click on get verify? which docs paypal will asking for?

That will depend. Which country are you in?

Most the time getting verified involves just adding a bank account
