PayPal invoice can not be paid
 

I use one of my business PayPal to receive buyers money separately from my ebay sales.

I manually created invoice to them, today I received a message from a buyer says payment can not go through:

This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow. At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to and try another option.

Not sure if it's a glitch or if it's my PayPal have some issue?

There's no telling. We haven't had any recent issues with Paypal invoicing.

There's no way of knowing if the issue is with your account or the buyers, TBH. All you can do is cancel the invoice and try sending again. If that doesn't work, try sending the customer an invoice from another account. If they still aren't able to pay, then there's something wrong with their Paypal account.

Might very well be an issue with the buyer's paypal account. Might be too new or the amount too high or not enough trust in his account.
Have you received payments from this buyer in the past? if so were they from the same paypal account?
