How To Verify USA PayPal Account?

Does anyone know how is the process to verify paypal account in USA?

I have someone told me that I can use Aus Ebay Account link with USA Paypal account to sell.

I just wondering cause I heard that VCC won't be able to verify PP anymore.

Is that true? Do we need bank details as well?

just use vcc can verify paypal and ebay account

US account i think must link US bank also

I use prepaid Visa Cards to verify my accounts. Yes, that is correct, you must also add a U.S bank account to become verified.

sky, What is stopping you from making another account in Australia? You seem to know what to do by the questions but never act on answers.A new account can be made easily.
