PayPal and paywithfire help!..??
 

Hey everyone,

Got this email from paywithfire the other day. Been using it no problems for a few months but now got this :..

"As part of our transaction monitoring process your account has been flagged in relation to a recent payment that we have received for your account.

Could you please provide further information on the expected payment and documents such as an invoice for the payment?

The Creditor name on the lodgement also did not match with your Pay With Fire account, can you please explain this?"

Any help and what to reply
Would be appreciated

Explain where the payment came from, for name issue simply say it's business name

Are you CERTAIN this e-mail came from them? Not a scam e-mail?

Hey rsot, email looks legit tbh, i have not replied to it yet..

I could say business name, but its not a business pp, its a perosnal so it would be a completely different name.. Dont really know what to say to them for the mismatched name...

Any help?

It's not a business Paypal but how would they know your using Personal or Business? Eh, u see?

Just explain them it was business paypal most they will say open business account with them, to be honest they are quite good and as long as you don't give them trouble they will be ok with you,

Their personal account is free so this maybe the case best to mention it's business name and they will ask you to open business account with them

ok i have emailed them, but i cannot even login to my acc?
Dont know why, it just says unknown error occurred. I feel like i have bene hacked? and someones stealing my money.

I then thought i forgot my password, so i reset it, but never got the email from them at all...

dont know whats going on. emailed support but got no reply either.. and as far as im aware they dont have a contact number..

They recently changed to fire.com so maybe you logged in with previous domain, request password reset take some time to email arrive do it again,

To be honest it's small new company and they are really good, I been with them long time now and in the start they been asking advices from me!!!!! You can tell they new to business

i tried on new domain, and new app, same error. Cannot login, no reply to emails, no reply to my twitter message. I need access to my money...
