European Union Virtual Iban or Stealth bank account
 

Hello guys,

I have two paypal italy Limited and 180days already passed, got an email to withdraw money,

I have nearly 5/6k euro each, can you please suggest any EU virtual Iban so i can withdraw at once from each account or any vcc which have no 2500 limit,

As you all know i can't use this paypal anymore, so burning new bank account is a pain, is there any service like leupay, paywithfire, payoneer works for my case?

Could you share the urls with us?

Do they both provide eu iban? Can i make then from Italy?

I think fire is only for uk residents???

Both are for European Google them you will see fire is much easy to setup compare to world first

For fire personal i need to install app, but it is only for uk, i cant even install it...

I have a Payoneer account attached to one of my PayPal but this was set up in 2014, no idea if could work now.

Postapay Evolution IBAN doesn't work anymore since a few weeks...

For 5/6 K€ in each account I would set up an IT online bank (e.g.: ingdirect) and then see if it is possible to change account number to be used on another PayPal when done.

This is not difficult but you might have troubles adding a UK (?) account to withdraw from IT PayPal.

You can always add a new card or bank to your limited account,but be sure your money is Really ready for withdrawl,because even 30 days after you've got message from Paypal that your money is free to transfer they might not ,and be ready to call them and talk to operator in order to free your money for withdrawl.
I would suggest to use their card,prepaid Paypal card,issued by Lottomatica,if you are not able to add it to your limited account just call them and make it add through the operator, and withdraw to this card,the cost of Paypal prepaid is only €10 so just consider it as a small commission you pay to get hold on your 5/6 k,almost zilt :-) You even can withdraw cash from Paypal card at0% commission ,at Banca Sella ATM(others will take €1,70 each withdrawl),I do not remember daily withdrawl limit,probably 500-600 daily....in max 10 days you have your cash in your pockets,and Thanks to Paypal for the opportunity :-)

I have already one account with lottomatica paypal card, three with postepay, i think that is the limit cant have more on my name,and dont want to burn new cards on used limited paypal...

Payoneer also doesnt work anymore if i am not wrong,

Please give any other suggestion for online virtual banks? Like fire or similiar that i can use from Italy?

Anybody have ever used leupay? Or paysera?

Better follow carletto's advice ,stick to italian cards or bank accounts.
Nice thing about just ANY card that you can close it after you used it on your limited account,and get a brand new one just when you need one .Postepay,lottomatica,paypal,any card.

btw,lottomaticard from visa is not issued any more,only lottomaticard plus,mastercard...anybody tried it on Paypal withdrawls? I've been reading n other forums that withdrawls to prepaid credit card was only possible to visa ,I even tried one of Mastercard an dit did not go through...now psotepay evolution wotks fine,and it is a mastercard circuit...a bit confusing....Any help on this? Thx

I have a business and personal Paypal that have both been limited and passed their 180 days ready to withdraw from (both in Portugal) I signed up to Worldfirst but I'm not clear on how it works, will they give me dedicated IBAN numbers for me to withdraw to then forward the money to my chosen bank account (both Paypals are in my legit name not stealth). Thanks for any help.

Anonymous virtual ibans don't exist, virtual vcc till 2500 eur are out of game since about 10 years. If you are in EU you can't have anymore anything anonymous ( in a legit way of course ). However i suggest to try VIVID. Of course you will need docs and a real person
