PayPal Limits
 

If you grow your account slowly can you get to the point where you get 10-25 000$ / account in sales without being limited for docs?

If I made in sales 9000$ on one of my accounts for almost 3 months now, can I go to 15 000$/month or i will be limited and asked for docs?

I don't think Ebay asks for docs when bumping limits. Maybe hop on a call to have them ask you some questions, not sure about docs. The docs are for the PP account, which has the requirement for 1099 purposes. They say the limit is 200 item sales or 20,000 in a year, which seems high since any business paying someone over $600 is supposed to grab a w-9 so they can 1099 that amount for the write-off.
