Its Linked You Cant Avoid It...
 

damn it its linked you cant avoid it ebay and paypal!!! when I bought something and wanted to pay with payal I cant use my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address of course and have to use my real address it seems logging into paypal links your address from paypal if you ask, "ship to different address" it links them automatically. damn *******s...I swear ebay is gonna be run by folks who just sell and dont buy eventually if they keep banning the real HONEST folks. :(

Huh? Run that by one more time? Where are you trying to pay FROM?

Don't pay from the ebay checkout-- especially using an old banned email. Get the seller's email for paypal payments and pay him directly. Thats the best way.

naw I figured it out what I did was change my paypal address old primary to the new primary my account stays the same at paypal. So I hope im ok even though my papyal is linked, but with a diff. email.

If your paypal and ebay accounts are linked (by choice) and one of those addresses on paypal is from an old banned account, you are in danger of being suspended.

its weird its not linked pers say for payments, but for only shipping address which from my understanding not linked to ebay itself.....its weird. I had it done on my last account when I think about it from the begining. I think with my last account what happened was that I used my old photobucket image hosting from a banned account they caught I could be wrong, but aspkin saids they cant do that, but you never know.
