Delete & Close paypal account
 
with my bank account info , open new paypal , put that bank on it
can be work ?

Deleting your Account does not mean that PayPal does not have your information still saved on their system.....they don't delete anything. You can try to put the same bank account and see what happens but I'm going to guess it will not let you.

Your not going to be able to re add that bank account to a new PayPal

Need to look at getting a new bank account
