Verified paypal without CC or Phone number.
 

Bank Verified US PayPal account...will it run just fine if I won't verify the phone number and I will never add a credit card?

Yes, as long as you're not passing a lot of money through it.

You wont be 100 percent verified without 1 of those. Youll be limited.

That really depends what you do with the account. DO you plan on taking any money into it?

Phone number verification for paypal doesn't do anything, just adds another check box to your account

I run them that way all the time. They've never been limited.

I don't jump through all the hoops like verify phone number, bank account, ccard, etc. until I know the attached EB is going to generate significant funds, ie over 3000 per year.

I have maybe 20 like this and none of them has ever been limited, some are 7 years old.

You will be fine. I've had no phone on a few PayPal. it may become an issue if mucho deniro gets pushed through in small window of time though.

FYI, just to clarify, mine have a phone number, it just isn't verified.

I just don't always attach and verify a bank account, or credit card, and if I feel I have to attach a credit card I use a visa gift card that I can attach a name and address to. :)

Phone verification is next to useless.
Bank is essential whereas cc adds a bit more trust to your Paypal account.
