Paypal has started rejecting my payments on some sites
 

Hi
I used to order some online game keys from cdkeys.com and g2a.com using my paypal balance but when I tried to pay from my mobile phone it was failed.
After that I can no longer order from those sites even on my laptop. I contacted both websites and they said there was nothing on their end.
Then I contacted paypal and they told me my attemps were being flagged by their internal system as risk to protect my financials.
I waited for two days and did not do any payments on those sites but then again my payments were failed.
I can use my paypal balance without any problems on other sites.
This time paypal wants me contact them on the phone.
I opened and verified a Canadian paypal account when I was a student there but have been using it for the last 8 years from Turkey (I'm also a Turkish citizen)
What are they going to ask me on the phone and how are they going to fix it?

Any ideas?
