Changing bank accounts in PayPal when adding EIN question

Does anyone know if I can change my bank account in PayPal when I give them my EIN number? Currently it's under a personal account and I have a business account I want to use instead with a different number. Should I change the bank account before or after submitting the EIN? Which would be safest. Thanks
