Default Can't withdraw

Hello,

I own a Business account and yesterday I confirmed my credit card. I got an email saying my "Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account." but when I want to withdraw I get and error saying "The proccess cannot be completed at this time". Also when I open "Lift limits and move funds more easily" it says "Your daily card withdrawal limit is: -$0.01 USD per day". I own a VISA Electron card.

My question is, how to remove limitations fully, or should I just wait and it will be done automatically. I'm non US resident owning a business account, so maybe that's a problem. I would highly appreciate your help, please. Thank you.

I'm from Croatia (Europe), but I made a Business account.

How exactly are you trying to withdraw? are you trying to withdraw to a CC or Bank?

I'm trying to withdraw to my VISA CARD, but whenever I write the amount and click withdraw I get the message "Sorry, the proccess cannot be completed at this time".

Stated within the OP.
The whole "The proccess cannot be completed at this time" is an extremely common error these days, it seems to happen when you have only recently added a card to your account and try to withdraw to it.

The solution is to call or email PayPal and ask them to fix your account.
It's either that or wait for the error to go away, possibly up to a few weeks before the error goes away for that card.

The process would need to be repeated for any new card you might add to your account.

He wouldn't even get a message stating his card withdrawal limit were this actually a US account.

If this is a US PayPal your trying to use the you are. It going to be able to withdraw to card

You would need a US bank account for withdrawals

Much appreciated for your help. So I guess I need to call customer service for Europe in that case which I assume cost some money, but if that's the only solution, I don't really have a choice. Thanks for explaining cause you can't find a specific answer to it anywhere on the internet, it's frustrating.
