Paypal Dispute...No Longer Able To See Buyer's Remarks??
 

Had a buyer open a dispute with Paypal for an item he purchased 4 months ago. Never said a word to me on ebay, and when I go into the case on Paypal, all it shows is that it is a "not as described" case. It does not let me view his comments as to why he opened the case or anything. Is this something new they are doing?? The page looks completely different than it used to, and before it would show what the buyer wrote in his comments when he opened the case. Doesn't show me anything now!

There should be a link there to see the comments so look again.
If tehres nothing there it might be a glitch in which case id suggest calling in.

There is nothing...only thing I can click is the case history, in which case all it shows is that buyer opened dispute, paypal emailed buyer, paypal emailed seller. Nothing with his remarks at all.

Then id call in and ask paypal about the glitch and what can be done to correct it - explain that you need more info on the case and that info is in those comments that are not available making it that much more difficult to respond.
