Limited Paypal but ok ebay account-problems buying
I had my Paypal limited forever. My ebay account wasn't closed and I still get marketing emails all the time to sell but when I try to buy either with a credit card as me it won't go through. If I go as a guest I can usually buy one thing if it has been awhile. If I use a vcc thru blur it declines. Vanilla declines. If it's been awhile I can give a bad name but real credit card info name and address and it'll go through. After first item nothing goes through. Do they refuse to process payments of some one who has been limited or am I creating problems for myself by trying to disguise myself? I've tried a vpn by but when it gets to credit card details it craps out. Any suggestions or explanation as what's happening???help!!! |
