Opening 2 Paypal accounts. What I'm I missing?
 

Hello everyone,

I lost couple paypals accounts so now I want to do this right.

I need to open 2 Paypal accounts (not Ebay related) both would receive between $500 to $1500 per month in average the 3 first months, amounts vary between 60 to $400 but no refunds no disputes.

- I have no preference for countries as long as it's easier to set. I plan to have a Canadian Paypal and an US Paypal, unless if you suggest a better option.
- I will use 24VC VPN one with US one with CA fresh dedicated IP.
- I will use VMWARE machine one with Windows XP pro one with Windows 7. Both have different user name (same as the name I put on Paypal).
- Connection Bridged for both machines.
-Timezone of the machine is the same as the VPN
- Address is in the area of the VPN (Address of a store or something in the area)
- I'll use Canadian VCC and USA VCC for validation.
- Phone number (of the same store in the area from wish I'll use the address)

So that's it, what I'm I missing? Don't want to lose more accounts... Do you think I can stay under the radar with such a little transactions and such a setup? Any recommendation? For example, do I need a real VOIP number for eventual phone verification? I Would really appreciate your expert advice.

How do you plan to handle the 200/$20,000 a year issue with USA PayPal?

Thanks a lot for your reply! What do you mean by that? Does this mean they limit me when I reach 20K sales or 200 transactions per year? I think I won't reach 10,000 per year per account and I'll even try to stay below this, if needed I add more stealth accounts and try to stay below 10K per year on each.
But so far how about the rest do you think it's fine?

If you are going to stay below the 200 sales /$20,000 per year then you should be fine. One last thing, how do you plan to get the money out from USA PayPal?

thanks a lot! Well I have 3 ways:

- Buying bitcoins (from VirWox, the only one accepting unverified paypal that I have found so far)

- Connecting to facebook ads account and paying ads (I already do this with an account since 4 months and no problem so far as I never log to the account I just let Facebook bill monthly)

- Sending to the account of 2 relatives with aged and clean accounts so they withdraw for me. So I can rotate the withdraw between 2 accounts. What do you think? I move forward? Do you think Canadian PP is better than US PP in my case?
