You only have 2 options:

UK bank account
US bank account

You can add a US bank account but you need to phone in and have a rep do it manually.

Assuming your based in the US then a US bank account is the easiest thing for you to do

US bank account works quite well - make SURE you have a USD Paypal wallet balance though...do NOT let PP do currency conversion for you...horrible rate

Local crack heads bank accounts work wonders and those crack heads dont want big money, they happy with $10 man.
