never received withdraw to vcc since 2 months
 

hi
i withdraw from stealth pp to my own vcc which was closed by me before 6 months. it was working as well, i mean withdraws was still coming.
but my last 5 withdraws to 3 different cards (all cards is same, old and closed)
hasn't arrive yet since 2 months.
my bank says they couldn't see any money on hold, and money didn't return to pp.
i called pp but they asked me a cc statement which includes the withdraw dates.
then they can provide reference number for the withdraw and they can also contact with my bank.
as i told these cards closed vcc, pp is stealth.
how can i solve this status?
really in trouble bcoz total is 3k euros.

Hello,
Just wondering from which country Paypal allow withdrawing money to VCC.
PS: PayPal stopped its operations in Turkey since june 2016

most of EU countries allows. ya pp not working in TR anymore
