Different billing and credit card address
 

Hi. I've encountered a problem along my journey with Ebay and PayPal. Long story short, I need to prove that I have UK address to PayPal. By any means.

The issue here is, that I don't live in UK. And I don't know if there is any way I could get a proof of address. From what I read, seems like it's very difficult to obtain and get Uk proof of address if you're outside UK.

So is there any way i could still get one? Any tips?

And what if I let's say, get a proof of address somehow, maybe a statement, a bill or something with my name but my credit card address is different? With that be a problem? Does PayPal require for credit card and and billing address to match?

Can PayPal see my credit card address in the first place? What if I try to change my credit card address with the one in UK?

And what if my IP address is not UK? And all the items I send are from Lithuania?

To make you understand better, here's an example:

Let's say I have Lithuanian Paypal account, with my Lithuanian credit card and Lithuanian billing address. Both addresses match (the credit card and billing). Then I decide to change my Lithuanian billing address to UK address. Let's say I get a proof of address that I live in UK although I don't. So now, my billing address is UK but my credit card address and credit card itself is Lithuanian. Would Paypal allow that? Can they see my actual credit card address or can I change it with whatever address I want to match my billing address?

What you are proposing is doable but it's all about circumstances....would depend on who is reviewing and if that person is smart to pick up on the subtle differences.

PP can't see the actual credit card address on a card unless you give to them....

The address on your account is UK address - stealth? made up? or...?
