Withdraw money stealth PayPal account, not resident US

Hi Guys,
I need help. I have stealth PayPal account (US). I not resident US, how can I withdraw money ?
May be used this bank "LeuPay" ?

To withdraw funds from a US paypal account youll need a US based bank account. LeuPay does not look to be US based so I doubt youll be able to use them.
If you cannot get a US based bank account youll need to figure out other ways to cashout the account - research the topic on various threads on the forums and note that other than bank withdrawals all other methods carry a degree of risk with them.

Leupay not working for stealth accounts. and not possible to use for US

Enlighten us on how this would work for USA PayPals......dying to know considering Leupay uses IBAN.

I don't see where I said us PayPal. All I stated is it works for stealth.
