PayPal ⊗⊗⊗⊗ shoes claim
 

Hi,

I bought a pair of authentic Yeezy's on the internet and paid by PayPal.
The problem is that I received ⊗⊗⊗⊗ yeezy's so I made a claim saying the shoes are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ etc. Showed them plenty of proof but PayPal still decided to go with the seller and **** me over.

PayPal told me they would accept a document from Adidas stating the shoes are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but Adidas doesn't hand these out.

So what options do I have left here?

Any help would be highly appreciated :)

Did you purchase with your cc on Paypal? You could speak to your cc company if so - that's an option.

(Sidenote - no offense to you - but I'm impressed that PP sided with the seller...wow...unless - you are trying to pull a fast one...again, just discussing the possible realities)

Didn't pay with my cc, the reason PP sided with the seller was because the proof I submitted didn't have any contact information in PayPal there opinion. So they couldn't check if the proof submitted by me really was made by a third party that had no interest in the case.

Pretty obvious they do that but never thought about it considering they never even mentioned it.

Appeal it and resubmit the info correctly, perhaps?

Wait PayPal sides with sellers? But ya keep calling them you will get your money back, what does the seller have to say about it being ⊗⊗⊗⊗?

When buying expensive items like this it is always best to pay with your credit card through PayPal for an extra layer of protection. The seller you purchased from must have had an established sales history of authentic items for them to deny your claim.
