Ya I read the whole post still let it stack up to 75k in 2months before he got limited. I know I would be withdrawing that money at least once a week.

The problem with stealth account is the amount of payment each account can receive before something inevitable will happen. Yes, you can choose to administrate 100 Paypal and 100 eBay account simultaneously.

But keep in mind that if something happens and PayPal can legally keep all your money because you are "NOT" who you say you are. And if you ever gets audit by IRS, which is not uncommon for small business that generate few millions of $ sales but only has 5% net profit. Good luck on explaining them where your sales is coming from. Worst case scenario, money laundering. Best case scenario, illegal accounting practices = fine

Bottom line is stealth account is good for what it is, selling high risk merchandise at low to medium volume. What is important is the knowledge associated with how to create a stealth account. It helps legitimate account avoid trigger suspicion which could lead to other problems.

I don't get it. I sold $900k in 2016 across 3 accounts. They were all "stealth" accounts purchased from here and then upgraded to business accounts. By no means is it "inevitable" that something will happen and Paypal will take all your money on a stealth account. I don't understand where you're getting that from.

If you add an EIN to a stealth account and are operating as a business entity, then what's so illegal about big numbers on a stealth account? Is it illegal for the "business contact name" to be wrong?

It's always been my understanding that as long as you're filing taxes for your businesses then there's no need to worry about prosecution.

If you have a 90 day rolling reserve you can't withdraw the money, that's the whole point. The money obviously stacked up BECAUSE of the rolling reserve...OP couldn't withdraw the money.

If you are in this catagory, then having SEVERAL Company accounts(aka stealth) is the only smart way. Any great adviser will agree.

You are looking at this all wrong. Take a look from the outside because you are in a fishbowl with your perspective.

Example is almost every major ebay seller with a hundred thousand feedback have several accounts selling close to identical listings. It is smart and the best way to handle the IRS as well.....

Yankee, some people have set their minds to their beliefs about Stealth and you won't be able to get them to see from our perspective but anyone who is stealthing right now will agree with you.

Stealth isn't a bandaid, it's not a temp fix....it can be long term if you know how to work it.

The hoverboard was deemed as dangerous, particularly the cheaper and or chinese ones, after it got on the news that they overheated and blew up or a few people got hurt/killed, some kid in London got flung under a bus riding one etc........ebay and amz attitude changed 360 ...
