How to change payment method for online store purchases??
 

Some how i chose my credit card used for verifying ppal as the default payment method for purchases made to online stores like target and i cannot switch it back to paypal balance. Thanks.

PayPal changed the way payment methods are selected back in Oct 2016.

To change your default for online purchases, go to the Wallet page. Select a method other than Balance on the left. Click the grey star on the right to select method. When you checkout or pay someone though, click 'Change' link by the payment method displayed to choose your preferred method, including the balance. Note, some methods to pay may not always be available during checkout.

Thank you, BleepBloop. I also now get this message when ordering from eat24 using the eat24 app, "PayPal: The instrument presented was either declined by the processor or bank or, it cant be used for this payment."

But if i order using the paypal app payment goes through. And preferred payment is also set "balance first>bank acct."
