Is PayPal acting up for anybody else?

Every time I try to list a Buy-it-Now on a new eBay account, I keep getting told "Your PayPal email address was not found."

My PayPal account is fully verified and I am entering the correct email address, am I the only one having this problem?

Yeah, I just tried listing on another account and I'm having the same issue. I've come to the conclusion that eBay is the Walmart of the internet & Amazon is more like Target.

Why can't this just stick to one layout and fix all the damn bugs :mad:!
