Paypal question
Not limited on PayPal - in fact I called them and they said all was fine - BUT when I go to pay for something it immediately stops me and sends me back to the merchant which tells me that the system is flagging all my PayPal accounts (none are limited). I only use PayPal to buy - I don't want to receive money nor send money - so my question is to resolve this issue - would it satisfy the problem by buying a prepaid visa or MC card and putting it in - and taking off the card I have on each account which bares my current address. I'm betting that is what is making PayPal go wonky - my address its connecting to the debit card. Anybody have a thought on this big appreciation |
