I need good advice

Hello there,

I'm Living Srilanka , Paypal not support for for srilanka money receive , we do for any other support near country to create paypal , so when they limits we can't complete their requirements and they suspend permanent our account and get fund only 180 days ,

I need help :

which county i can use for paypal ebay selling
what is method for use without any issue
If limit how i give them proofs
