Paypal quick security check.

So i have a problem, i have around 600$ on my paypal account US one.
And when i try to send or pay for something i can't get thru this ****.

Even if my phonenumber is verified. Is telling me that my phone number is not registred under my name. How can i solve this issue?

There are quite a few threads discussing this topic. Research those.
Basically it means paypal doesnt trust you and you need to gain their trust before they'll allow you to send payments.

So it seams that paypal have added more options to verify when it comes to this. Email verification questions and card confirmations.

So i tryed to move te money and finaly succesed with email verification. They send you a code to confirm is you.
