Moving to new PP account

I'm going to close my old pp acc (not limited) and open a new one in other country. My ebay acc is the same. Can i safely proceed with 500€ worth tracnsactions as if it was my old acc?

Closing a PayPal doesn't make it go away, and adding a new PayPal isn't 100% safe, you will have some risk involved with doing this.

I am not talking about being limited. I want to know if I can normally proceed with 500e transactions on my fresh pp as if it was my old one?

You'll likely have the same issues everyone has starting out with new Paypal accounts. Having an account open that isn't linked that has history could help you if you ever had to call in about the account. (i.e. 'we were selling in country X, but decided to start in country Y with paypal Z.. though Paypal A has all this history with Products J,Q,And W.')
